Boone has supplied highly elastic flexible couplings for GenFlex generator sets.

Customer: Offshore

Activities: Delivery of Stromag TEF 642 W-RR couplings

Rated torque: 12,000 Nm. P = 2300 kW at 1800 rpm

The generator sets are designed to be fully elastic to minimize the transmission of vibrations to the foundation.

In connection with the required, non-standard dimensions, the engine supplier chose for the elastically flexible couplings from Stromag, delivered by Boone.
