The gearbox was dismantled at a local yard in Central America. After cleaning and inspecting all parts, the unit was provided with new bearings and seals.
Some damaged parts that were not available locally were manufactured in the Netherlands in a very short period of time. After delivery, these parts were mounted by our service-engineer.
After assembly and adjustment, the gearbox was re-installed and tested by a trial run.
Because of the fast delivery of the spares and the successful commissioning the customer was very satisfied with the works carried out.
